Catering at the Club is done on a concession basis.
Richard was born in a Pub and has been involved in all aspects of the trade all his life. 26 now he first cooked for the public aged 9 cooking breakfast beside his father at Lansdown Cricket Club.
In the last 12 years he has been to Catering College and worked in and learnt his trade at Castle Combe Manor Hotel, A 5 * Marriott Hotel in Ware, been Head chef at a number of Public Houses. He has also set up some Kitchens for the Riva Group and spent a year Cheffing in Australia. Richards huge amount of experience whilst still only 26 with all types of food and functions, his attention to detail & friendly Helpful Nature means his skills will satisfy your taste buds.
