On Friday afternoons from 4-5pm there is a session set aside solely for people with disabilities. We welcome people of all ages with varying types of impairment. There is a bowls coach and several helpers to assist and encourage.
The Club has several specially designed wheel chairs available for indoor play and bowls and shoes are provided. There is a toilet for the disabled on-site and there are identified parking spaces adjacent to the club entrance.
The first 4 sessions are free and then players are encouraged to join at the reduced disability rate. Several of our members who started as disabled bowlers have made great strides and now moved on to become full members of the club.
